Shoulder Press: 125 (matches last PR. Recovering from shoulder injury)
Back Squat: 325 (25lb PR)
Deadlift: 445 (40lb PR)

		<description>393, 166, 420. My poundages are weird as everything is in kg and then I have to convert. New pr in dl. My left shoulder has been sergically reconstructed, so happy with 166 as also new pr and 20 pounds more than I could do last year. Squats still rough.</description>

		<description>Cindy was tough on the hands, but eeked out a 6:07.

BS: 275, 295, 315
SP: 155, 185(f), 175(f) 155 felt easier, but the jump to 185 was too much.
DL: 275, 300, 345 could have maybe done a little more, but a good improvement from 255x3 (est max 270).

Awesome wod, I think the tough warm-up really got the blood flowing for the maxes</description>
