    WU – 5 rounds of Cindy 3:52 – pushups are getting better, but were slowing me down from having done 140 (well, probably 115 – Thanks Steph) of them on Saturday

    Crossfit Total 790
    BS 255 275 300 – 300 was tough, but could’ve done more
    SP 135 145 150(f) – 145 was struggle – good max
    DL 315 345 355(f) – 345 was struggle – good max

    Happy with improvement from Oct 14 Total of 620

    5 rounds of Cindy – 4:54 legs are still pretty weak and squats are where I really slowed down.

    Cindy was tough on the hands, but eeked out a 6:07.

    BS: 275, 295, 315
    SP: 155, 185(f), 175(f) 155 felt easier, but the jump to 185 was too much.
    DL: 275, 300, 345 could have maybe done a little more, but a good improvement from 255×3 (est max 270).

    Awesome wod, I think the tough warm-up really got the blood flowing for the maxes

    Uh, so I didn’t know I was supposed to time myself on Cindy…but I got 5 kipping pull-ups without dropping off the bar, I just need to work on stringing them together better!

    Need to get my head in the game for CF Total next time; weight improvements, but not by much:

    60 strict press + 155 back squat + 180 deadlift = 395

    Compare to October 12, 2009:
    55 strict press + 120 back squat + 155 deadlift = 330

    PP: (155) (145) 140
    DL: 335 385 435
    Total = 870

    The BS and PP were definitely maxes.

    I did this in Atlanta on 11/20/09
    235-125-315 = 675
    failed on (255-145-365)

    compared to old October total;
    195 back squat, 85 strict press, 225 deadlift-505 total

    393, 166, 420. My poundages are weird as everything is in kg and then I have to convert. New pr in dl. My left shoulder has been sergically reconstructed, so happy with 166 as also new pr and 20 pounds more than I could do last year. Squats still rough.

    Strict Press: 190
    Deadlift: 300 (totally crapped the bed on this one…will get it next time).
    TOTAL: 805

    Edit: My squat was 293 (393 in my dreams). My bad (I thought my total seemed a bit high this time:)).

    Did this at Crossfit Central in Austin, TX 3/1 and 3/3!

    Shoulder Press: 125 (matches last PR. Recovering from shoulder injury)
    Back Squat: 325 (25lb PR)
    Deadlift: 445 (40lb PR)

    Hope to make it up there again sometime!
