    28:44 (I think) Rx. First time with no bands for pull-ups. Have 2 ripped up pinkys to show for it. Still slow with pull-ups, but learning form to go faster and easier.

    21:03ish I think? Can’t do double unders so did 200 rope skips. 80 pull-up with green band,still can’t make it with the blue. 100 squats and situps. Good way to start the morning!

    I want to do this workout so bad but I have a tournament game for basketball tonight and need to play 44 minutes. Is this doable or will I die? ;)

    I really want to do this one too (see if I can beat my Xmas Eve time) but I have soccer at 6pm.

    Also, I think my body needs some repair time.

    Rep scheme looked something like this:

    300 single skips, with a few double-unders in there that I didn’t count because I couldn’t continuously keep them up
    26-21-16-22-15 Pullups, blue band
    53-37-10 Squats
    52-48 Sit-ups
    Pattern was pull-ups/squats/pull-ups/sit-ups/pull-ups/squats…lather, rinse, repeat.

    13:22 Rx cranked out 5 reps of 20 pullups, squats and situps. 100 skips 3 times mixed in.

    I partitioned as follows: 25 of each until finished.

    Example, 25 double unders, 25 pullups, 25 squats, 25 situps, repeat for 4 sets:

    Time: 16:05

    I wasn’t allowed to jump rope, so did my standard substitute (tuck jumps). If I had to do double unders for real, it would have tacked on at least 5 or 10 minutes.

    155-160-165-170-175-185-185-185
    Stayed on 185 cause I wasn’t going low enough
    More out of fear than lack of strength
