    I’ve been going to a Physical Therapist for some lower back pain. Apparently I have a small bulge in one of my disks that is pinching a nerve. I just needed to take some time off. I will probably be in Thursday depending on what the workout is.

    I was a little tired today… but finished 5 sets (almost 6) with 55lbs and two green bands for pull-ups! I LOVE CROSSFIT and is worth every penny! LOVE IT!!!!!

    Endurance felt better today!

    15 min AMRAP: 6 + (8,4,0) with 65 lbs and blue band

    next time would like to step up a similar AMRAP including SDHP to 75 lbs (working my way up to Rx) and work on losing the band for pull-ups.
