Wednesday – 102313 – Hang Power Snatch, Back Squat, Sprint…



For Reps:

Tabata Hang Power Snatch (below knee)

There is no loading prescription for this portion of the workout. Athletes should choose loading with the plan to hit between 5-7 reps for each effort. Reps should be high quality from start to finish, even if this means decreasing intensity for the sake of mechanics.

4 Cycles:

1 Minute: Back Squats (225/163)
2 Minutes: 10 M Shuttle Sprints

Rest precisely 2 Minutes between rounds.

Back squats will be taken off of the racks.

    After heavy front squats yesterday, used 205 for back squats. Total rounds: 139
    Back Squats: 45
    Sprints: 94

    The combo of squats and sprints was brutal but I enjoyed this workout. Twisted.
