    Sots press – 2x 100lbs..had to switch to beast mode!

    WOD – 16:12 RX .
    Was trying to catch Matt’The Sandman’Sanders…
    Pull ups slowed me down,frustrating things!

    SOTS press up to 75 lbs. This move feels so dang awkward but it does make you want to get better at it.

    WOD: Scaled everything, finished in 16:33.
