    Thanks to a tip from Steph and the push from Mike M, last set 2 reps @ 185. Felt pretty good. Also, been using Rocktape on shoulders since I tweaked doing jumping muscle ups. That stuff works.

    WOD: 2 rounds + 37 reps RX. Goal was 2.5 rounds…came 3 reps short.

    Tyler, where do we trade in our palms for a new set?
