Clean- 205 PR. Definitely had another 5-10 lbs in me…at least today.
WOD- 5:36, 165# for cleans (should’ve gone heavier). Unassisted ring dips, tuff.
Clean up to 245 and failed at 265.
For the WOD 6:56 Rx, personally I think this wod is a perfect WOD to step outside the comfort zone!!!! Meaning go heavy and see what happens!!
Clean up to 163#, missed at 168# and then spent the rest of my time seeing if I could power clean 163#. I did once so decided to go for it on the metcon. needless to say, not one of my better wods.
