    Squats @ 245
    WOD 11:01 @ 115 lbs and 6 reps for thrusters. Shoulders not there today

    I did this Wod In My garage early in the morning today & read BACK thrusters half asleep & did them from the back, it was really hard! won’t make it in tonight but wanted to share that I do enjoy making it harder on myself by not paying attention. Good luck to all on this WOD. :-)

    Tom, you did it correctly. In this case “rack thruster” means a thrusterfrom the back, not from the rack. A little confusing, for sure.

    One of the reasons i like 6am-theres so many strong guys i can compete with.
    In my head a Crossfit WOD is a competition.
    Motivates me makes me work 10x harder.
