    Took us 20 minutes to figure out the rep scheme, mainly due to Joe and I not being very bright. Got up to 135.

    For the WOD, used 65 lbs and got 1 round plus 42. I like this format of 1 minute on, 1 minute rest. It catches up with you by the 5th and 6th round.

    I tried to be just a little careful on the snatches as looking
    At others the Excercise did not look very safe to me at that intense speed and not perfect form.
    Maybe im wrong,,

    Worked up to 165lbs P.S Metcon 1-47RX thought I had 1-51 but recounted and had 4 less reps.
