    21:00 something.

    This was a great workout even though I was surprised that even the 15# felt heavy. Push-ups to knees after the 1st 10.

    Box jumps were a nice break but DUs took a while to put together as the shoulders were numb still. Thanks for cheering 6am for all of us to finish.

    I was on form today.
    I used 30lbs dumbells but should have used 40lbs,just a little too easy.

    Actually not as bad as I thought it would be, 15:40 as Rx’d.

    455 for the Deadlift.
    20:29 RXfor the wod, for some reason I found it hard to put together more than 4 (WO)man makers in a row.
    Good exercise hopefully they will be programed soon rather later.

    Worked up to 345 on the deadlift. Had to do this at home so needed to sub manmakers with burpee deadlifts, burpee thrusters with 95# barbell.
