    250. My max is around 300, but I wanted to go just a bit heavier. I got some stares, as always, but this time I think they were almost of admiration as not many people in globo gym even do squats anymore.

    I am planning on running classes on thursday and friday, with two body weight exercises designed by Tyler. I will tell everyone about it tomorrow.
