Mobility morning for me (20 minutes) but couldn’t resist throwing in a strength element. Did weighted chin-ups, 10 sets, EMOM, 2 reps each set, 56 lbs. Beat last month by 3 lbs and also threw in an 11th set for good measure. Chin over the bar each time. Great strength builder. Now, need to translate this to better kipping.

Cranked it up today i really wanted to come out on top,no:01 today.
I watched Deb do a WOD one day and noticed she doesnt stand around and
take a breather…
I thought “im going to do that from now on,push it,no break”.

Really tough after the running.
