    1st 6AM class for me, I enjoyed the early morning wake-up.

    Nursing the stupid calf, shoulders friend from yesterday. Did a Wendler bench workout. Last set 8 reps @ 215. Wish I had a spotter to get to 10 reps.

    Great job to everyone doing the running today. Couldn’t have been easy.

    (Iv always been a sprinter since school&college-
    Fast at first then i slow down)

    Dylan, ibuprofen inhibits the healing process. I’ve done a ton of research in the last 24 hours. That stuff is poison.
