    Dylan – how often do you practice DU? do you bring your rope with you everywhere yout go?

    That is what i did and after a month i was able to link about 25.

    Dylan, I creeped on Piet’s FB page and I would suggest you do not challenge him to a foot race. He’s got game. Given your Welsh background, I would (again) suggest sheep shagging. You have a definite advantage.

    And i will run the 5K.im not even trying to keep up with Piet ha!
    My legs too short.iv done it once in 23mins hopefully ill beat that.

    I never said i was the BEST or No:1 Crosfitter at the gym.
    Im not even close….

    Front squat doubles @ #215
    Metcon 13:57 RX BIG class, had to start with row and end W/DU.
    *it was super hot on the run after 1000M row & 75 BJ :-) I’m tough!
    Dylan, show up to a 6pm or even 7PM open gym. there is always several of us working on weakness movements & would be happy to give our 2cents.
