8:42 – First time doing RX ring-dips and not using parallel bars. Getting through the KB swings unbroken (or as close to as possible) is pretty important because ring dips are tough.
Enjoyed the front squat with 3 second pause at bottom, it will help build strength to see gains when it comes to 1 rep max down the road.
I always enjoy reading everyone’s comments, so I will finally start to contribute to the conversation.

Was pretty humbled once again on those rings dips. I swear someday I will commit to working on those and learn how to kip properly…

Props to those of you who were able to do the 50 KBS unbroken! I could not do that.
I’m alright at running and ring dips so I had a 6:23 RX, I believe.
