    Busy day home WOD today.
    did 2 – 5 gallon pails of water at 41# each and to speed things up did 65# shoulder to overhead.

    Oh yeah and I PR’d my strict press – 135# finally!

    Used a pair of 70 lb Kettlebells.
    Great challenge.
    Used one abmat for HSPU-No kipping.

    Did the strength portion in my garage today. I bet you lose 5% or so (depending on the lift) by lifting solo; need the energy from the box! Got to 165, tried 171 (micro weight to get that lb) failed, did last two sets at a lighter weight.

    For the WOD 29:28 not RX, I used 70lbs KB’s for the farmers carry and I did 20 HSPU’s for the first set and 15 for the second set, I proudly used the kidding technique!!!

    For the WOD I used 70lbs kettle bells and did all 60 HSPU STRICT! just for you DYLAN! haha but really, I do enjoy pushing the envelope. felt good today.

    Finally hit the elusive 225# press for a PR…unfortunately tweaked my neck in the process and had to miss out on what looked like a really fun and challenging WoD. Looked like a great time!

    185 felt good and moved easy so went for the PR couldnt get past my forehead

    CONDITIONING – 23.33
    for the HSPU i used 25# plates and 1 ab mat
    for the FC i used 70# kettlebells
