    WOD 2:30 AT 95LBS went too low.
    Im off wrk today so i think ill do this again at 4.more weight

    The thought of doing 30 poor form Power Snatches and injuring myself had me at 65#.

    Did it in 3:40, Should have tried 75#, but on the upside, I’m healthy and I think I did a bunch of them with proper’ish’ form. I’m also inspired to sign up for the Olympic lift seminar in October…
