Muscle-ups
For those who are not doing muscle-ups. Jumping muscle-ups are acceptable as long as the bottom of the rings are hanging above the top of your head. If not jumping muscle-ups, athletes will be given 2.5 minutes to complete as many pull-ups as possible, and 2.5 minutes to complete as many dips as possible. The score will be total reps (pull-ups + dips) / 2.

Cleans up to 225, failed twice at 245.
For the 6 cleans and failed at least 4 times, with 12 muscle-ups. I think the worst part for today was that my grip was gone by the time tried my 4th clean….
Cleans to 193, failed twice at 203 when I couldn’t catch it properly because of my crummy rack position (though it is improving). My quads are sunburned from Games spectating, so today I really noticed that the barbell does actually make contact, and I’m proud of that.
Metcon: 13 cleans at 163, 4 jumping muscle-ups and *a lot* more misses when my weak t-rex arms couldn’t push up my big heavy lower body on the ring dip part. Still, I think that might be 4 more jumping muscle ups than I’ve ever done before.
Cleans to 163#, which is an 8#pr for me! Of course I then insisted on doing the wod as rx…5 reps on cleans and 16 muscle ups. Busola, I will do your muscle ups if you do my cleans

Cleans up to 265 then had a mental brakedown couldn’t et under the bar!

Cleans up to 225, could catch 235 fine but couldn’t squat it up. Scaled the WOD to 195. 13 cleans, 21 muscle ups, 34 total.
