    Great Job 7am class !!!
    For the WOD 26:40??(not sure about the seconds)Rx, I did 6 sets of 5 reps and I took longer breaks to be honest, I should of did 10 sets of 3 reps with shorter breaks……

    Took coach Sara’s advice and broke it into 10 sets of 3 with roughly 30-40 secs rest.
    Felt good…well, painful good :)

    Conditioning – 23.18 ( from the floor) took way to long of breaks and i dogged the second run!
