HS Back squat 133-138(PR)-143(PR)-148(PR) 133 is my 3 rep max so really happy this morning. Great tips from Steph on my squats!
14:48 – finally back to running and decided to go for the rx on the thrusters. A bit more broken than I had hoped but I gained some time on the pull-ups with purple/black band combo.
