100 Ring Dips

 

Break up SDHPs and dips any way you want.  Just get them done! The SDHPs are to be executed with flawless form. Really focus on all the things that make the movement a) safe, and b) powerful.

    Good workout. liked it a lot. got a time of 15:10 but used box platform for half of the ring dips. Feel it a lot already.
