    Garage gym workout, avoiding legs (calf tear):

    Tabata warmup with light kettle bell – 4:00
    EMOM for 10 minutes, 3 chin ups with 35 lb kettlebel
    EMOM for 10 minutes, 10 pushups, increase by 1 rep each round until 14, then come back to 10. Got through six rounds with this scheme and for last 4 rounds squeezed out 10 reps per round. Total reps for 10 minutes: 114

    Without the motivation of posting to the website, I might have skipped today. Posting causes accountability.
