A quick thought on the role that you, yes you, can play in making our community better:

Aside from helping to keep the room clean and organized; aside from maintaining integrity with your counting and score keeping; aside from paying attention, showing up on time, listening to the coaches etc., we can all do a great service to the community by supporting one another with kind words and kind actions. As we continue to grow and add new members, I ask that the veterans of our community do their best to seek out those who look a little lost or unsure of themselves and help them out. The next time we break off in partnerships for squats or Oly lifts, the next time you’re asked to go get rings set-up, glance around the room for somebody who looks liked they might need a hand and offer them one.

Remember: at one point in time, we were all beginners.

    17:20 – Did 4x ring pullups without band instead of rope climbs, they were.killer so props to.people who could do rx. 315 for back squat

    18:35 Rx. Rope climbs were rough.
