[caption id="attachment_4912" align="alignnone" width="600"]... ...[/caption] For Load: 1 Clean + 1 Hang Clean EMOM - 10 Minutes: 3/6, 2/3, 1/2 Reps: Box Jumps (24/20) Air Squats Mobility: Calf Stretch - Using a kettlebell, dumbbell, plate, etc. put the ball of one foot on the elevated object to perform stretch. 2 minutes per side. Post thoughts and times to "comments".

    185 clean and hang clean.
    195 fail,,,need to get my elbows up.

    WOD–did this thing as FAST as i could,
    I mixed the airsquats straight to boxjump to be faster.
    I think maybe maybe i would have beaten Froning on this one ;) ha!
