Thursday – 080813 – Pistol Practice, TTB, Stationary Lunges…

In less than 15 minutes, complete six sets of six reps (three per leg) under loading. On the less complicated end of the spectrum, loading can be held out in front of the chest with extended arms. On the more complicated end of the spectrum, athletes can attempt overhead pistols with a PVC, barbell, or loaded barbell.  For time: 40 TTB 100 Stationary BB Lunges (135/93) 40 TTB Athletes must alternate legs. Post thoughts and times to "comments".

    I remember the days i struggled to get 10TTB.
    Not anymore!

    Enjoyed this months CF newsletter,a fellow 6am great Crossfitter,my competition since Day 1,Mike McNally.
    Ive pushed my body past unbelievable limits,thrown up in the bathrm and collapsed after WODS to keep up with this guy.

    WOW, this looks like a tough WOD today. I will be riding 50 miles on my bike and thats easy compared to 100 135lbs lunges. have fun MPLS. see you tomorrow.
