    Curious…do yo pull up gods take a break during your two efforts? Still hanging from the bar but crank out 15, pause, crank out 10, pause, etc.?

    I just banged them out Scott.
    Then 5mins approx rest before the 2nd attempt.
    Hanging there tires me out
