    For the WOD 9:36 R-F’N-X, my first RX workout with muscle-ups pretty damn happy right now!!

    hIGH hANG sNATCH- 155 (felt soooo slow)

    Conditioning – 8.31 – this wod should have been completed much faster but the MU got the best of me and slowed me down significantly.
