Thursday – 062112 – Squat…


A cool squatting montage which clearly shows a number of different squat styles. 
Not everybody will move the same way, but everybody should struggle the same under heavy loading. 

Back Squat:

5-5-5-5-5

The goal would be to keep these efforts consistent in their loading. Work up to a solid 5 rep weight, and plug away for five sets. There should be three to five minutes of rest between each set of squats.

    Squat 5-5-5-5-5 at 345 tough workout but I the change of pace a workout without being timed.
