AMRAP – 3 Minutes:
3 Squat-clean (95#/65#)
6 Chest-slap push-ups
9 Squat Jumps (feet must leave the floor entirely)

Rest one minute and repeat for a total of five cycles.

    Suck at pushups
    Lots(!) of burn in the legs on squats
    After round 1, I was just power cleaning with a squat. Mental block.

    Subbed the push-ups to just push off the ground, couldn’t clap. Legs are shot.

    crapped out after 3 rounds
    regular push-ups, not clapping ones
    53# on the bar
