    Repeated last Monday’s workout in the garage gym, used 53 lb kettle bell. Completed all sets, chin above bar. This was the right weight. Monday was too light. Love this workout.

    Weighted Chin-up:

    10 x 2

    Rest precisely 60 seconds between sets.
