12 Tire Flips
18 Ground-to-Shoulder (Sandbag)*

If there isn’t an appropriately loaded sandbag available to you, you can opt to use a number plate. The movement is the same, either way.

    68:47rx, I don’t know what weights were but it said rx after my name…60# sand bags and not the biggest tire but the next biggest. Everything was fine and dandy except the rope climbs sucked the life out of me and took the skin off my legs. Wear LONG SOCKS!!!
