Sunday – 022314 – Clean, Box Jumps…
T. Quinn • Feb 22, 2014
“Behind me is the crater at the summit of Cotopaxi, which is, at 19,347 feet, one of the highest active volcanoes on the planet. It took me almost 8 hours up and 3.5 hours down, in which I covered almost 23km of distance and traversed around 12,000 feet of altitude.
Thanks to Tyler, Ryan, Sara, Ross, and everyone at CF Minneapolis for whipping me into shape, instilling the necessary don’t-stop attitude, and helping me achieve a lifelong goal.”
