Pups:  0:35, 0:41, 1:41.

Last round of pups felt like I hit a wall...of stones.

For skill work I did dead hangs.  2 minutes x 2 rounds.  Came off the bar once first 2 min round and twice the second.  Each &quot;off&quot; was a ten second rest.  Hope that grip work helps my pullups.</description>
