60 Lateral Box Shuffles
The box shuffles are executed by moving laterally across the face of a plyo-box, keeping on foot on top at all times. Chests should be upright. Eyes should be forward, not focused on your feet. Keep the ten general physical skills in mind during these shuffles – agility, coordination etc. This is the ticket!
