    Did a Wendler Deadlift program in the garage today. Want to get to a 400 lb deadlift for the Crossfit Total. Getting closer.

    I love deadlifts.my best lift.

    6th day in a row for me today at crossfit-
    never done that before.
    So i dropped the weight to 85 instead of 95RX.
    Took it easy.
    Now Rest and Grow ready for Monday.
