REMINDER: Due to an all-day seminar at CrossFit St. Paul we will be hosting classes at CrossFit Minneapolis only. The schedule has been expanded for tomorrow only to accommodate people as much as possible. There will be an 8:00 am class, followed by an hour long open gym at 9:00 am, a second regular class at 10:00 am and finally, an introductory session at 11:00 am. Again, there will be no classes at CrossFit St. Paul tomorrow.
Hang Power Clean:
5-5-5-5-5 (no dropping between lifts, the bar must be controlled from lift to lift)
In teams of two:
AMRAP 12 Minutes:
Partner 1 – 12 WB Shots
Partner 2 – As many HP Cleans as possible (115/83)
For twelve minutes, partners will alternate between these two movements. While partner 1 is working on the wall-ball shots, partner 2 is completing as many HP cleans as possible. When partner 1 completes the 12 wall-ball shots, the partners will switch positions. The goal is to accumulate as many HP cleans as possible in the 12 minutes.

Good group of CFSP folks who ventured over to Minneapolis this morning.
My wife and I visited from Crossfit Omaha and my sister from a box in San Diego. We had a great workout with some great people. A big thanks to Chris who made us feel at home the minute we walked into the door!
