Power Clean and Jerk:

1-1-1-1-1

For maximum loading (Bear complex style):

1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Shoulder-to-OH
1 Back Squat
1 Shoulder-to-OH

Complete at least three working sets.

To be clear, athletes are to complete one single round for maximum loading. Unlike the Bear complex, athletes must separate the movement patterns out from one another, but are encouraged to use whichever shoulder-to-OH variation they see fit. Rest as needed between attempts.

Trap/Shoulder Smashing
