In teams of two, complete the following for time:

500 M Row
500 M Row
400 M Row
400 M Row
300 M Row
300 M Row
200 M Row
200 M Row
100 M Row
100 M Row

Each athlete will row each of the lengths. Athletes will alternate on the rower. During the non-rowing time, the athletes will complete as many reps as possible of the following: pull-ups (during the 500), push-ups (during the 400), sit-ups (during the 300), air squats (during the 200), and burpees (during the 100). Total reps will be converted into minutes and seconds, with one rep equaling one second, and subtracted from the total row time.
