Reminder!

Just a reminder for those of you that didn’t get the memo.  In lieu of tonight’s classes, we will be taking a field-trip to CrossFit St. Paul for some Fight Gone Bad and some beer. Please join us if you are able. Plan on meeting at CrossFit St. Paul no later than 5:30 PM.  The weather should be nice, so consider this an opportunity to workout and meet some great fellow CrossFitters.

    Three rounds of:

    Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
    Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
    Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
    Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
    Row (Calories)

    Each exercise is done for 1 minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
