For Reps:
5 minutes of Rowing for calories
4 minutes of Box Jumps for reps (20/24)
3 minutes of hang squat snatches for reps (45/75)
2 minutes of wall balls for reps (10 ft high)
1 minute of Hand Stand Push Ups for reps

    Around 170. RXed more or less except for HSPUs — they were just regular ones for me!

    251– I didn’t do any HSPU or anything else becuase I wanted to do it Rx .. Based I that I would have technically been dq’ed at sectionals but let’s just say I would have came in 5th otherwise:) Granted the hard part about sectionals is doing it there, so who knows.. maybe next year!!

    90-74-30-12-7 = 213 (I think?)Gave myself 25 seconds for first 3 transitions and I think that helped.
