No noon class on Monday, April 5th

Warm-up:
21-15-9:
Squat-jumps
Push-ups
3 x 5 Front Squat

… and then …

Tabata Something Else

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

Attention: due to travel arrangements over the holiday weekend, there will not be a noon class session on Monday, April 5th.

    31 pull-ups – 43 push-ups – 55 sit-ups – 101 squats = 230

    44 pull ups – 60 push ups – 80 sit ups – 119 squats = 303 Rx (i.e. no band)
