    How do you “score” this? Rounds/total pull-ups? If it’s just rounds, it encourages sandbagging on the pullups.

    If you come off the bar, you have to run.

    I got back from the 8th 400 at 20:14 (ugh)
    Last time I did this I got 37!

    Don’t remember the break down but 95. Think I’ll continue my brief break from crossfit till I’m all the way better, but this was still fun :)

    8 / 7 / 7 / 3 / 1 (fingertips) / fail

    26 total – On that 4th round I totally kipped myself off the bar, ripped my hand open and couldn’t get any more decent pull-ups. The 6th round I tried to no avail.
