Alternate between “a”, “b”, and “c” for thirty minutes. In all, athletes will have completed ten efforts at each of the three sections.

Mobility:

Pigeon Pose (2 Min. per side)

    Hope ur ready because THAT WAS HARD.
    did RX but last 2rnds i had to scale to 115.
    Box jumps,rx kb,ttbs,row i had no problem with but the
    thrusters were killers….

    BUT nobody said it was gona be easy did they?? Haha..

    Wow, first day back in a week and a half.

    I was not going to be a hero today – 95# on the Thruster, 5 TTB v. 7. Everything else Rx.

    This one was good.
