    Tested the calf, got to 145 okay but form started getting shaky, favoring good leg. Called it a day.

    WOD: modified to 20″ box step ups and 115 lbs. 7 rounds + 7 reps. Really enjoyed this workout…got into the burpee zone mentally today.

    Tried to hit Oly after, but I was zapped.

    Note to self: Do Oly before WOD.
