    For the WOD 79 plus 3 hspu RX, I proudly Kipped :)
    1st set of sprints 40 reps
    2nd set of sprints 36
    Then 3 RDS plus 3 hspu’s

    Busy work day today – Got out at lunch to run the programmed 5k – Due to lack of quality time piece I can only estimate my time somewhere between 25 and 30 min :P
