    I checked my book and haven’t done front squats for strength part. Wasn’t sure where to start/end but it felt good today…last set 3 @ 215 and I could have done 225. I think my shoulder and hip mobility has improved, allowing for a decent day.

    WOD – great challenge for me. Got 12 round + 5 pull-ups, RX. Some great efforts today by Jason, Dylan and Andrews (and I’m sure others whose totals I don’t recall but these three were at the 18 rounds or more level).

    1X 215LBS

    I did one round every minute on the minute until minute 12.
    Then body slowing down.
    In the end 18rounds +6.
    Stoked i did 181push ups though..

    I had two PR’s for the strength portion of the workout. 185 on front squat triples, and 205 on front squat 1 rep max.

    For the WOD I got 10+10.
