    Iv been doing ANGIE at home 2-3 times a week
    100 push ups.100 squats,100 sit ups
    (Without the pull ups)
    It Really helped today

    452 reps..

    Dylan, that looks like Celtic math to me. 90 reps per exercise. Beast.

    I do best on body weight excercises.
    PLUS i do them at home…
    100 squats i can do 100 unbroken.
    And 100 sit ups unbroken too.
    So to me this was a piece of cake.
    Not blowong smoke up my a#s,its just ‘used to it’

    I love you Celtic beast, but there’s no way you did that many reps. I wouldn’t doubt you, but we were pretty neck and neck, and there’s no way you beat me by 84 reps.
    I did 368.
    Row 66 cals
    Squats 121
    Pull ups 53
    Push ups 56
    Sit ups 72
    For mathmatics, let’s say you and I did about the same on the row/squats=185-190. Then you would have outpaced me by almost 30 reps on pull and push ups. And by 20 on sit ups (definitely believable).
    Maybe I’m wrong, maybe i am that much slower.

    To clarify, I’m pretty sure Dylan did more reps than myself. Just that 84 more seems like a lot.

    It does look like way more reps than everybody else i agree so i might have
    Miscounted somewhere,but i swear i wasnt cheating or watever.

    But then again my ancestors the Celts had to be xtra fast to beat the English
    Years ago..its in the blood haha Warrior!fight til death ha

    Metcon: 440 total reps RX
    I did well with air squats & pushups, struggled today a little with pullups & row.
    I left reps out there. I think others could have been doing 450 plus.
