    Power Clean triples to 185. Felt great today. Ate well yesterday and did mobility which helped. If you guys aren’t familiar with Eat to Perform (local, focused on eatling properly for crossfit), check it out. It works.

    WOD 6:47 using 115 lbs. Probably the right weight to keep the time in the range Steph specifified (4-8 minutes). Probably could have gone 10 lbs heavier and stayed under 8 mins but going RX would have put me in the 9 range for sure. Dips felt good, kipping helps.
