    225# on the DL, should have gone heavier, but I”m trying to go easy on a sore back.

    375 lb. DL, 10# PR, which made me happy because my back is still screaming from HS back squat, kettle bell swings, and HS front squat last week. Then the wheels came off for the metcon. 17:50, nothing Rx but the burpees and pull-ups. Started off the DLs at 295, but dropped to 275 after a couple rounds. 2 ab mat HSPUs is an improvement, though.

    293# deadlift, missed at 303# twice, which would have been a pr. 14:37 rx at 233# for the metcon.
